| 2009 Welcome to the Rolling Knolls Farm website! We are a small diversified farm located in the foothills of Western Maine, close to the New Hampshire border. We currently have a small flock of 20 Finn Sheep that we breed for both meat and wool, along with a variety of laying hens and meat birds. This year we plan to till up an acre of land to prepare for High Bush Blueberries, along with adding a dairy cow to our farm. This will be a spring FULL of beginnings.
