| One goal at Rolling Knolls Farm is to provide our sheep and chickens an environment in which they can stay in good health, grow great wool, lay lots of eggs and produce healthy meat. Our animals are on pasture from the time the snow melts until the end of October. We buy our hay from a local farmer, who prides himself on growing quality hay. We attribute our flock health to letting sheep and chickens BE sheep and chickens, with plenty of room to do what they like to do. |
